Welcome to our new blog by Pilates on 66! We strive to give you more than just a workout, we strive to make fitness and healthy movement a part of your everyday routine. We offer private training in Pilates, Yoga and TRX in order to support you as you strive for your fitness goals and reach level of peak performance that you never thought possible. We are here to offer guidance and support throughout the entire fitness process to ensure your success. Each of our instructors is highly trained with at least 5+ years of Pilates training experience under their belt. We design bespoke workouts that meet every individuals needs and we challenge what you can do rather than limiting you to what you cannot. This is the difference between a good workout and a great workout that has the power to change your life.
